Students participated in choice days this week in music. They voted on which previously learned music activities they wanted to do again. One of the most popular choices was Chrome Music Lab. This website is linked on the right side of this blog in case your children would like to use it this summer!
If your children enjoy singing, consider signing them up for Chorus in the fall! Registration will be open from August 20-26. 1st-2nd Grade Chorus will meet after school on Thursdays, and 3rd-5th Grade Chorus will meet after school on Wednesdays. The more, the merrier! Registration information is available on the PTA website, which is linked here. Please contact Mrs. Crutchfield with any questions about chorus.
We have had another wonderful year of music-making! I hope you and your families have a fantastic summer filled with fun and relaxation, and I look forward to seeing your children back at Wayne Thomas in August! School supply drop-off will take place on Tuesday, August 23, followed by the ice cream social. The first official day of school is on Wednesday, August 24!
If there is anything I can assist you with over the summer, please feel free to email me at ecrutchfield@nssd112.org. Have a wonderful summer!
